Coach Jackson brings a strong background in collegiate athletics and coaching, with experience developing athletes across multiple levels. He began his journey at Highland Community College before earning his Bachelor of Science from the University of Arkansas at Pine Bluff and his Master’s in Business from Baker University. During his time at Baker, he spent one year as a student athlete and one year on the coaching staff.

Outside of baseball, Coach Jackson works as a Regional Market Development Representative for Vestis, further strengthening his leadership, organization, and communication skills. As a coach, he is committed to teaching the fundamentals of the game while emphasizing discipline, accountability, and character, helping players grow both on and off the field.
