Chuck Cuda Bio

Chuck Cuda is a highly dedicated and innovative serial entrepreneuer, with an exceptional record of success. He excels in the execution of both sales and leases for his commercial real estate clients, bringing an outstanding skill set to this industry which includes political savvy, market experience, property valuation and developing positive interpersonal relations. Chuck attained his start in the Commercial Brokerage world with a local brokerage, in Overland Park, Kansas. He worked there from August 2004 until the Spring of 2010 at which point Chuck became the Broker of Record for Northland Partners Commercial, LLC (dba KW Commercial). Northland Partners Commercial was honored in the “Kansas City Business Journal” as one of the Top Brokerage firms in 2013, 2014 and 2015. Chuck’s entrepreneurial spirit and drive to always do the best thing for his clients and team led him to the start of Opes Commercial Real Estate.  In the first year of existence Opes completed over 100 transactions with a volume of over 44 million dollars.  Opes was recognized as a Top Brokerage firm in the KC Business Journal and Ingram’s Magazine from 2016-2024 and is on pace to broker over 80 million dollars of transactions for 2025.  Other business ventures have included commercial real estate holdings and developments many of which have cured blight and brought communities back to life, Opes Property Management Company, multiple coin-op laundries, a retail coffee shop, ownership in a Home Health and Hospice Company with three branch offices, Outpatient Physical Therapy Clinics, KC Premier Construction Company, Grand Royale Senior Living Community, Oak Ridge Family Social Club, Opes Companies PEO, and a number of other angel investments and various business ventures. Chuck prides himself on always keeping forward momentum, never getting complacent and always looking for the next deal.

Chuck believes in giving back and demonstrates that through volunteer coaching multiple teams and organizational oversight of the Naturals Baseball Club which he founded in 2022.  He also serves on the following boards: Leukemia and Lymphoma Society Mid America chapter, Tommy Simone Memorial Foundation, ARTermini Foundation.  In 2018, Chuck founded a non-profit, the Opes Charitable Foundation whose mission is to provide and enhance care and support for those affected by a medical condition including, but not limited to cancer, autism, multiple sclerosis, and paralysis.  The foundation hosted the annual Green Tie Gala for four years.  The 2022 event welcomed 500 attendees and raised over $600,000.  In total, Opes Charitable Foundation has donated over $3,000,000 to LLS and other KC non-profits.  The Cuda Family also participates in Immaculata Manor Christmas Angel Adoption and Gladstone’s Shop with a Cop program.

As a practicing Catholic and parishioner of St. Andrews the Apostle, Cuda says it’s pivotal to give thanks every day for his opportunity and skills. Most importantly he is thankful for his family, his wife of 15 years, Annamarie, three boys and daughter, and his dad to which Chuck donated bone marrow in his fight against cancer.
