Spencer Davis Bio

Spencer Davis is the head coach of the 6U baseball team, with a primary focus on fundamentals, confidence, and ensuring players develop a genuine love for the game. At the 6U level, his philosophy is simple: love comes first. Winning will matter in time, but early on the priority is learning the game, enjoying it, and building strong bonds with teammates.

Spencer was a multisport athlete and earned college scholarship opportunities in both football and baseball. He ultimately chose to pursue college football, carrying forward the discipline, teamwork, and leadership developed through baseball. That background shapes his coaching approach—emphasizing effort, encouragement, and steady development over results.

He believes these early years are about learning how to throw, catch, and hit, but just as importantly, learning how to be a good teammate—showing up, supporting one another, and having fun with your brothers on the field.

Spencer is married to his wife, Kristin, and they have two sons, Leone and Jionni.
